Swallowing Microgynon

I started on Microgynon just under a week ago I had resisted due to the horror stories but decided to try and haven’t been the best at actually swallowing pills but better now today I felt it hit my throat as it went down it did completely go and drank water. Can feel the sensation of it in throat tho I know it isn’t there, so can I take that as having been absorbed properly?

As long as it wasn’t transferred to your glass of water, it will have been absorbed. Tbh this is partly why I came off the pill. I switched from microgynon to a different pill and these tablets were tiny. I used to worry that if I hadn’t actually felt it go down my throat that I might not have swallowed it! In the end I persuaded my dh to have a vasectomy
