I'd really appreciate some help and advice please.

I've just received my 3rd course (thisnis the 3rd different type) of antibiotics this year due to repeat sinus infections... they're that severe I lose sleep, suffer headaches, earache, fatigue, hot sweats and it makes me feel like I have tooth ache! I genuinely feel being kicked in the face by a horse would be less painful! The antibiotics work for a couple for weeks I'm fine and then... bam... its back!

Does anyone have any advice on how I can avoid another episode?

Hi, I'm hoping someone on this thread will recognise my symptoms. I've had sinus problems for the last couple of years but have been tracking them against my cycle for the last 3 months because there does seem to be a pattern and now think bad headaches and throats since my teens could be down to this. Right now I'm really suffering with a full feeling in my neck. I'm using steroid nasal spray, had used Neti pot but congestion seems to be up behind my nose and throat, previously had badly congested gum cavities that I had antibiotics for (18 months ago). I've been tracking symptoms so I can go back to GP and show how it affects me most days but in the meantime, does anyone else have the full throat feeling? It makes it hard to swallow but I feel the need to swallow more. I think it's partly post nasal drip related. Googling offers little help. Anyone else? Any remedies?
