Gallbladder or not?

Hi
I was wondering if anyone has experienced these symptoms. They all pointed towards my gallbladder but I've had LFTs, 2 abdominal ultrasounds, a HIDA scan and CT. Everything normal, so they are saying it's IBS!
My symptoms are: mild stabbing pains upper right shoulder blade, sometimes mild pain under right rib, central abdominal pain (mild), loose stools (sometimes they float), general feeling that something is not right. But all the test show nothins, except some mild gastritis from an endoscopy.
I have to say that all these symptoms came on 3 weeks ago when I had a lot of stress going on. All tests done quickly and privately, but they show nothing.
Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Try a low fat diet does sound like a bile dump problem, the tests have ruled out so much, can I ask your age?

I’ve had similar issues recently. Haven’t had any tests though. I’m also not overweight. GP thinks it’s ibs.
It’s gotten better in the last couple of weeks and the only thing I can attribute it to is Kefir. I read that it’s excellent for the digestive system, so I bought some - brand is Biotiful but I’m sure other brands just as good.
I’ve been having a glass every morning with my breakfast and the pains have lessened quite significantly, also sorted floating and fluffy (sorry tmi) stool issue.
Worth a try maybe.

I'm 38.
Thank you WilsonMilson, I might just try that. My pains are very mild, more like a discomfort, but it bothers me as I know it's not normal
