Something like wellwoman. But unfortunately not that as it made me nauseous.

What do you feel you are lacking?

wokeasfuck · 05/03/2021 06:10

My joints are always having issues and I don't sleep well. I'm mid forties. So maybe magnesium and something for joints ?

Vit D? The spray one is great.
My gynaecologist told me that she recommends magnesium to all women approaching/in/after menopause. Magnesium glycinate is the easiest to absorb.
A fish oil maybe for your joints? Glucosamide?

Thanks that's helpful

I'm vegetarian. What is an equivalent do you know for fish oil?

Running can be harsh on your joints can you cross train with something else? Cycling or swimming when pools reopen
