Blocked milk duct

I've been trying to ease the pressure for 2 days now of a blocked milk duct in my right breast, it's burning. The strangest thing is I haven't breastfed since my son was 1, he's 5 now! I've had hot water bottles and tried gently hand expressing but it's really painful, I now have some strange bruising, anyone know what it might be?
I posted on 30 days but got no reply

I’d ring the GP, did any milk come out when you tried expressing?

I recently had a blocked duct when I stopped BFing and if I put pressure on it milk would squirt out of my nipple AT SPEED. Went down the next day.

It was a tiny dribble but not very much. Thanks, I'll ring the doctors tomorrow :)
