Lump inside bottom

I suffer awful Heath anxiety which has gone worse in lockdown. I have noticed a 'lump' inside by bottom I do not think it is piles. It is painless and small. I did think a polyp or an anal skin tag. Has anyone had anything similar x

Had/have a skin tag that started in my first pregnancy. 2 babies later I still have it and it’s bigger. Totally painless, about the size of a peanut. Should probably get it checked out again. When I originally got it checked the dr confirmed a skin tag and said removal would be ‘cosmetic’ Hmm so would be a private issue.
