Gasping

I’ve developed a new thing where I occasionally gasp for air. I can be talking or breathing normally and then have a short sudden gasp for air. I have no pain or difficulty breathing before or after. Has anyone experienced this? It seems a mild thing to get to the drs about at the moment with everything going on but wondered if anyone had any advice?
