If I move house and have to change GP does it mean I lose a referral appointment my old GP made for me?

How far are you moving house?

Down the street - no.

200 miles - yes.

Within the same county but different town.

Probs OK.

If from your new house you had to call an ambulance, would it take you to the same hospital? Or potentially that hospital. Then it's OK.
