I'm 50 years in December, and I want to lose 50lbs before then. I'm 13 stone, and want to get back down to 9.5 ish (5 5").
I'm going into menopause. I'm doing yoga, C25K (week 5) and strength training with weights at home. I've got a reasonable base level of fitness from adult ballet and tons of walking/hiking.
I'm going to crack this, I have to. I LOVE food. I eat healthy food, I don't eat junk food, processed stuff or oversize portions, but I'm a grazer and I'm always around good food, so I need to find my discipline.
Anyone got any brilliant tips/want to join me?
