50 lbs Before I'm 50

I'm 50 years in December, and I want to lose 50lbs before then. I'm 13 stone, and want to get back down to 9.5 ish (5 5").

I'm going into menopause. I'm doing yoga, C25K (week 5) and strength training with weights at home. I've got a reasonable base level of fitness from adult ballet and tons of walking/hiking.

I'm going to crack this, I have to. I LOVE food. I eat healthy food, I don't eat junk food, processed stuff or oversize portions, but I'm a grazer and I'm always around good food, so I need to find my discipline.

Anyone got any brilliant tips/want to join me?

Look at Fast 800, it’s how I lost 60lbs last year. Plenty of variety, full fat versions of food and limited to 12 weeks so do-able. Start it now and you’d see definite results by the Summer, never mind the end of the year Smile

I did it after reading the Micheal Mosley Clever Guts book . I dropped from 13.7 to 9.7 .

Healthy eating plan , never hungry .
