Any suggestions? Toes keep turning purple

My DD 20 keeps getting purple toes after a shower or a bath. They go back to normal after about 30 mins. She’s healthy, no underlying issues at all and the house is warm (I wondered about temp change) but she keeps sending me photos of them so it’s obviously worrying her. Is it worth a Dr phone call? I’ve had a google but nothing really matches up with that symptom. I think she had covid toes last March which I suppose could have lingering symptoms.

Google raynauds, mine go purple unless I keep them an even temperature.

Thanks @VerityWibbleWobble that one did cross my mind but she doesn’t have any pain or numbness or pins and needles like the nhs website mentions. Do you have those things? Do you have to do anything for Reynaulds syndrome?

I get this after showering due to poor circulation. I’d probably notice it more but showering is the only time I stand still long enough for the blood to pool when I’m not wearing shoes or socks, meaning that I notice the colour change.
