I have noticed a lil pain near the side of my tounge on Monday I look and see this and I don't know if this could be cancer or not or just me biting the side of my tounge but has anyone had anything similar

What is this ?

It could be a burn (from hot food) an ulcer or like you say, you might have bitten it. If it doesn't clear up in a few days, ring the doc.
