2.5 mg valium no effect

Hi, I've just taken 3 low dose valiums for anxiety to calm me down. Have done this before and no ill effects (1-2 tabs does nothing) but then I read going over prescribed dose is dangerous. Am I being paranoid?!

If you’re finding you’re going over the prescribed dose you need to speak to your doctor. They could prescribe a higher dose and monitor your usage or move you to Xanax which may help you more effectively.
I’m not someone who is overly cautious by nature but I saw a friend having to detox from Valium and it wasn’t nice.
