My teenage son takes Betteryou Vitamin D (3000iu) (with Vitamin K spray, he also takes omega 3 but has ran out of the omega supplements. I'm looking online and seen a seven seas omega supplement that includes vitamin D 2.5ug so I'm presuming this wouldn't overdose him on the vitamin D?? Would it be ok to take with the vitamin D spray ?? TIA
