Ordered a takeaway this evening and just went for leftovers, felt like it was stuck in my throat but took about a minute to get to water.
As I drank it it just came right back up, like it couldn’t go down because of the blockage, I’m coughing and then had a bit of frothy vomit come up(sorry tmi)
Them I started to see stars, fine now but I’m worried as my grandmother had very narrow tubes which eventually killed her, she ate very slowly and needed soft diet etc.
Was this just one of them things or should I see a dr?? Apologies if this sounds silly but it freaked me out.

If you routinely suffer from silent reflux the your tubes become narrow. It is a cause of concern if you keep neglecting it. Once you treat your reflux(ppi , anti reflux meds like gaviscon) the swallowing issue resolves.

Hi. Yes, see a doctor. There can be a number of reasons for this, and it's likely that they'll prescribe medication.
