What this on my sons foot?

Can’t say I’ve noticed it before, he’s one? Never seen anything like it before so don’t know where to start or whether it’s worth a pharmacy/doctor trip?

Yeah... thanks. It’s not like flaky skin, it’s almost like tiny small flakes that’s peeling around his big toe. Doesn’t look like normal bad skin on the feet.
