Am I right in thinking, the advice is no longer to starve the bug? Do I just give him what he wants?

Toast, apple, banana or rice.

I would seriously avoid dairy.

BRAT - banans, rice, apples, toast

Until it has run its course, then anything. But not dairy.

Lots of carb based foods, cereal, potatoes, bread etc. Bananas good. Avoid dairy and not too much fruit. Lots of fluids, again avoid milk and fruit juices if poss.

Ok, well he should be ok with chips but I would avoid the sausage to be honest.
