Is it best to avoid alcohol if you have had the flu jab?

I had it earlier and i'm going out tonight. Will I feel ill if I drink?

Nanny stage says we are always best to avoid alcohol, but I can't imagine what impact the flu jab would have should we were to adhere to this sagely advice.

Only if you drink too much! Any reaction you have to the flujab may be aggravated if you do. But of course if you don't, it won't IYSWIM!
