TMI alert - piles

I’ve got a couple of piles from when I had forceps with my first child.
They don’t cause any problems, just slap some cream on when they are occasionally itchy.
For a couple of years I’ve noticed that sometimes, when I’ve had a poo, I go back to the loo later and I’m still a little bit dirty. I can even have had a shower after the poo.
Does this mean I’m leaking ? Does this happen to anyone else ?

I imagine it is just that there was some remaining last time that wasn’t wiped off as it was under an area covered by a pile but then, during walking about, the piles may have moved position so that area is now fully wiped iyswim.
