I am 52 years old and have been experiencing twinges of pain in my breast and my armpit. I'm not sure what it is but wondered whether anyone else has experienced this and what it might be.. In 2016 I had an operation for an intraductal papilloma which is a benign condition but had to have some tissue removed from around my nipple.
I'm a bit worried I guess although I'm wondering whether it could be hormonal.. although I haven't had any symptoms of the menopause I can't remember the last time that I had a period - it must have been getting on for a couple of years ago, which is bizarre!!
