Any dentists here?

I have a lump under my tongue, on the floor of my mouth. It’s been there a while. I noticed it randomly one day. I don’t think it’s grown. Initially thought it was an ulcer.

It’s smooth, hard and painless and just below my premolars on one side of my mouth. Does this look like a mandibular torus? I’m freaking out about oral cancer but I know that it’s pretty rare. Particularly in a 27YO female. I’ve tried to get an appointment with my dentist but they’re only accepting emergencies thanks to covid.

Here’s a really flattering picture of my mouth ...

I have what feels like a much smaller lump on the other side in around the same place. Much smaller though and wouldn’t be able to see it on an photograph.

I understand that it is rare for them to be unilateral.

Sorry pressed too soon, they can be bigger on one side.
