13 days late, 4 BFN's!

Hi everyone,

Me and my partner have been TTC for 11 months now to which we've yet failed to do so..

I am 13 days late. I didnt really have any symptoms other than feeling sick until a couple of days ago.

On day 8 I took 3 HPT including digital and 1 on day 10 and all came back as BFN.

On day 11 I started feeling more physically sick, breasts and nipples started hurting and become very sensitive, I've had period pains and period poos (sorry for tmi). My partner has said I am huffier but I dont feel any different whereas a period I feel hormonal and naggy.

Last night/day 12 I checked my pad to find a tiny little fingernail sized light pink/peach discharge but nothing when I wiped. I have since been bringing up sick in my mouth but not fully vomiting.

I have had other symptoms too..

Has anyone else had these symptoms and potential implantation bleeding later on in their cycle?

I dont want to test again yet as I hate BFN's!

What are your other symptoms?

Were your periods regular, and how long have you been off birth control?

If you haven't taken a test since 10DPO, definitely take another now. I know the crushing disappointment of a stark white negative (currently TTC myself) but the only way you can know is by taking another test. Try and FRER if you can get one. I didn't get a clear line until 13/14DPO in my first pregnancy.

@Mybobowler I think she means that she last took a test on day 10 of being late.

Constipation, fatigue, mild headache, food, increased appetite, heart burn are a few x

It’s sounds like you are just having a irregular cycle then, which could happen especially when TTC due to al the extra emotions.

@nolovelost yes, I've came on my period every month on the 4th

@nolovelost also, i came off contraception 17th March 2020

@Mybobowler sorry, I mean 10 days late on my period, I am currently 30 dpo

@Magnificentmug12 I was thinking this until cramps and sore boobs came then yesterday with the light pink discharge it made me think maybe it is pregnancy but I really am trying not to get my hopes up! X

@Mybobowler haha it's fine! I'm going to take a test in the next couple of days then if it's negative I'll wait until next month to see if I have a period

So some of your cycles are 28 days long and some are 31?

@ThatLibraryMiss sorry I've got no idea why i said 4th every month, I look daft haha. The day my period calculator says I'll come on my period based on a 28 day cycle, is the day I come on.. in the morning most days! X

So, absolutely nothing since the tiny discharge yesterday? Strange how your periods have been regular and then this. I had a tiny implantation bleed and was pregnant. Not sure why your tests say negative? Like you say, maybe test again in a few days, if the same maybe go to your GP to test. Fingers crossed.

@nolovelost literally nothing! However, there was a bit of pink discharge tonight, At around the same time as yesterday! But with less discharge. Mind I haven't taken a test now in 5 days maybe it'll show up now if I am. I'm going to buy a test tomorrow and double check!

After i seen the discharge both times, I wiped and nothing was there its so weird! I was sick earlier and felt nauseous since. Very strange if it is just a hormonal imbalance x

Update** I'm now 14 days late - I took 2 more tests this morning both coming back BFN. I have contacted my GP who have advised sending a sample in tomorrow and go from there!

Are you doing digitals or tests with physical lines? Avoid the digitals they aren’t always sensitive. Can you use a first response early result?

Doctors results came up negative. The next day I was getting bad lower stomach pains so rang doctors who advised me to ring 111.. the nurse who called back told me its nothing to worry about for now.

However, I started passing dark thick brown blood yesterday morning which turned into thick heavy red blood so I'm assuming I've just began a really heavy period.. however I am passing clots and a tissue-like substance so I'm keeping an eye on it to see what it could be but I'm assuming just a period for now..

I'll update it anything else comes up! :)

I took both kinds and the doctor tested negative also unfortunately! X

So I was 16 days late, had a tiny bit of peach coloured discharge 2 days in a row, then went to heavy light red with clots for 2 days, them suddenly the red stopped and I had a tiny bit if rose pink watery substance twice when I went for a wee then bleeding suddenly stopped completely 🤷🏼‍♀️

Has anyone ever had this before?

So I was definitely a BFN last month BUT I was 6 days late this month, took six (a lot i know) tests and they were all BFP!

Maybe my body was preparing my body to be able to conceive last month but I'm over the moon!
