I need some wedge cushions to sit on because my back is suffering.
Everything seems to be memory foam. Not sure that's what I want. Right now I'm sitting on a memory foam lumbar cushion (which will return to behind me once I have a wedge to sit on) and I'm totally squashing it. There's maybe 1cm under my sitting bones. So is memory foam going to be any good at raising my hips?
How can I tell whether a cushion will be firm enough to raise my hips enough to make a difference?
