Can anyone offer me advise with a really bad bruise?

I have a really bad bruise on the inside of my arm by my wrist. It is black and yellow like any normal bruise but it has a lump in the middle.It feels hard.
Cutting to the chase, could this be a clot?
Bit worried as my hubby noticed it and he was concerned and told me to go to the dr and said he couldn't believe that I couldn't remember doing it.

I would say the same as your dh and take yourself to the doctor to get it looked at.

I have had a couple of those. Just means you have hit yourself pretty bad.

The only thing you can take to help it heal faster is an anti-inflammatory drug like Voltaren. Or use the cream.

It will go away soon, don't worry. Meanwhile, enjoy the colors as they change every day

my dd always gets a lump where shes banged herself really hard, its the tissues underneath i was told and its perfectly normal.
