Do I need to see a gp

had a nose bleed about a week ago. I had another a few days ago. I’ve also had one today. My nose constantly has blood up it and may be tmi but even my nasal mucus always has blood in it. Had bloods in august due to this and petechiae spots.
Mostly came back clear about small red blood cells. Do I go back to gp again? I’m worried that I’m wasting their time.

Thanks I just like I’m wasting my time as bloods were normal in august. I’m also in the process of moving so will need a new gp so not if I should contact my current practice or wait until I’ve registered at a new one.
