Lulu.. if he's only had nurofen (please check bottle) he can have calpol as nurofen is ibuprofen and calpol is paracetamol he can have both. please check nurofen doesn't contain paracetamol, I'm pretty sure it doesn't but I don't use it too much myself. Where is his pain?

Do you know why he has stomach pain?

thought it was indigestion as he had halloween party after spanish club at school, so we had 25 minutes to get home, eat and get into costumes and back to school

he is all pale

tried going to the loo, am going to give him my wheat bag, and paracetomal

says it is like a stabbing pain low down

Paracetamol much better than Nurofen for bad tummies, nurofen can make tummy ache worse sometimes. Can't give it to dd if she has tummy ache as she throws it straight back up.

call NHS Direct if he doesn't improve or is sick/gets a fever

is it one side rather than the other or in his bladder region? anything unusual about his pee lately, stinging, smelly, more frequent? is he otherwise well? could be wind or constipation?

There are a lot of tummy bugs going around also at the moment so could be the start of something? Does he have a fever?

if he was in labour , id; be good to go !

not consipated, is passing urine fine, and not appendix

has had paracetomal, dry toast and water, and gone into his own bed

prob too much party food!!!!! Hope he feels better tomorrow!!!

hello, sorry for not replying sooner, have been out since 8.15 !

he is absolutely fine this morning, right as rain, didn;t even attempt to get the day off school, has gone in, bright as a button!

so thank you for all the advice, seems whatever it is is out of his system.
