Hi All,
I came off the pill 11th Jan and I am currently having my first natural bleed since. This is a bit TMI but the first day which I haven't counted in tracking was just brown spotting really, then yesterday I got a bit of red but not a lot really at all and today I am back to brown as if it's gone already. I have had no cramping or anything either. Is this normal when coming off the pill?
