DS has been off his food since he threw up after one spoon of his tea last night. He also threw up his Weetabix but apart from that and a bit of diahorrea he's not been too bad. He had a rusk and water for lunch and that seemed ok, though he did do a few big ominous burps! Any ideas what to give him for tea?

if he has diahorrea then keep dairy products off the menu. keep it light if his tummy is sensitive why not give some beans and toast

Agree with the Dairy products unless you are still BFing, then you can still do that. Try some plain veggies and toast or plain pasta. He may not be hungry, if not he is old enough now to skip a meal or two as long as he is drinking OK.
