Help - What is this on my hand?

The palm of one of my hand feels rough. I took a good look this morning and it’s got loads of ‘bubbles’ under the skin. Not sore or itchy. Any idea what it could be?

Looks like pompholyx eczema.

I've had it for over 25 years on both my hands and feet. Tends to flare up when I'm stressed. Unfortunately I've had a lot of stress the last 10 years. I've learnt to ignore it and mine gets better when I leave well alone. For me mine just tend to dry up and then the skin peels.

Agree with PP, I get it too when I am stressed.
For me it appears on my finger tips.
