Any ideas how to help with the pain from this??
I had a seizure last night, apparently bit my tongue and lots of blood on pillow. I've got a blue bruise come up and it's so painful to eat/drink. Does anyone have any ideas of what could help ease it? I've taken paracetamol and ibuprofen already
