Any idea what this rash could be?

Does anyone know what this rash could be? It’s just appeared today. I started Sertaline on Monday so I don’t know if that’s relevant. I haven’t changed any washing or skin products etc. A friend suggested shingles but I’m not sure that this is what a shingles rash looks like.

I'd ask a Gp if it's bothering you.

I feel like there's a lot of pityriasis rosea about at the minute, my toddler recently had it and I've seen a couple of posts on mn. It looks a bit like that. He didn't just have spots he had large patches too.

It has scaly patches like that but usually more round like. Starts with a herald patch, and develops all over torso. Can be itchy but not always.

Aveeno cream and anti histamines if it is. The scaly big looks similar to my toddler's.

This seemed to come out of nowhere but the texture does look like pityriasis rosia (though not the shape). My DH says it looks like I’ve been pinched in the neck!
