Regular tummy cramps

I'm experiencing regular tummy cramps. They are in the middle of my belly and they are sore and I only get relief when I got to the toilet where I make a no.2. There's nearly an urgency for the toilet too. I can wait a few minutes. Aftet that I do suffer. I need to be near a toilet at all times in case I get a tummy cramp. If I can't get to a toilet it leads to a sickness and a feeling of needing to poo my pants. I had an episode in town last yesr in lockdown where everything was shut. I had no access to a toilet. I was sick in town with a sore tummy and I had to brain storm to get to a toilet. I eventually found a toilet.

I first noticed an issue back in winter time of 2016. I was at a graveside and my tummy was sore. I needed toilet but there was no toilet. I began to breath heavily in the hope it will pass. I think it was the cold outside that aggreviated the tummy. I put tit to the back of my mind but I began exper3the same symptoms more regularly. So far I have noticed the cold weather, stress, ovulation, period are all factors that aggreviate my tummy.

I never got any of this investigated at the doctor or GP but I do intend to do it.

Is there any over the counter medicine? Would a GP sign me off work?
