I have never managed to find anyone in the ten years since I was diagnosed with this whose symptoms are the same as mine and always wondered if it’s a misdiagnosis .

I have a constant pressure feeling in my head . Things get worse for about 2 weeks every month . The feeling in my head is strange sometimes almost like It’s inflating for a few seconds .
I get a dizzy / off balance feeling , bright daylight means I can see a flashing in the corner of my eye in time with my pulse and floaters in my vision .
I have a pulsating whooshing noise in my ear in time with my heartbeat .
I go lightheaded when I stand up .
I am so tired and my head so heavy .
I get pins and needles across my scalp some days . I feel spaced out like I’m in a dream world .
My nose runs like a tap , just water . I feel really crap with it .
I only have an actual headache, as in pain that responds to painkillers, for a day or two if that and it’s not the sort of pain most
Migraineurs describe . In fact it’s the least debilitating symptom I have .

About 5 days after a period I feel much better but not fully . Until it all worsens again . The medication I have been offered has bad side
Effects and so I don’t take it . I’ve learnt to live with it but I don’t work anymore .
Always with me is the thought that this isn’t silent migraine. I would love to know if anyone else has this .

Apart from the pins and needles in the forehead I have virtually all of your symptoms.
I have low iron and wonder if that’s the reason.
Have you had your iron levels checked?

Sounds more like a sinus infection tbh.

A colleague had one for years, and it had been misdiagnosed as migraines.

Changed doctors when she moved and it got picked up. 5 days of antibiotics and all symptoms gone. Next time I saw her, she looked like a different person.

I get all of those synonyms (not at the same time) and have linked it to my sinuses. I had an infection last year and ever since then have flare ups. I don’t get pins and needles but I get numbness if my head is in a certain position.

Sinuses and blood pressure fluctuations before and during period.
I get migraines linked to my periods, low blood pressure that sometimes causes me to feel faint and have all those symptoms in a cycle as you describe.

@ImaHogg yes I have been found to be iron deficient many times but even after taking the ferrous fumarate I'm always still like this .
