What is this rash?

My daughter has this rash on her back and I don’t know what it is. It first appeared last year and I put sudocream on it and it went away but now it’s back. I am going to call the doctor tomorrow but in the meantime I wondered if anyone could help identify it.

Difficult to tell from the pics but are the spots flaky? If so it looks a little bit like guttate psoriasis. I get flare ups of this when I'm stressed or run down. Coal tar soap helps and a good moisturiser but I just have to wait until it goes away!

It is a little flaky. I looked up guttate psoriasis and it looks like that is what it may be. Thank you.
