Sciatica

Hi just wanted to know if anyone has suffered with sciatica?

It's coming from lower back and going down my right, also noticed some numbness when I stand for a while.

I work 12 hour shifts and by the end of it I'm in agony,
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had it while pregnant.. Had good results using a TENS machine. Enough to have gone camping at 34 weeks!!

I had it really bad a long time ago. In the end it was deep tissue massage that cleared it up.
