With a sight temperature and aches and pains I permanently think I have COVID. 98% sure I don't - is anyone else becoming a hypo in these strange times?

No

Yes! Not now, so much, but last March... sniff or clear my throat and I started getting anxious. Mind, if anyone else coughs I give them a quick coat of looking over and check their temperature.

With a temp though, you probably need a test. Isn't that one of the three?

I’ve always had health anxiety, but Ive been much worse during covid times. I’m actually not too focused on the symptoms of covid or community transmission, my concerns are more fears of other illness or accidents happening and not being able to or wanting to access the NHS in the same way if I needed to (because of COVID). I’ve had so many health flares in the last 12 months and I think my underlying fears play a big part.
