Vitamin D3 and K2? Together or not?

My question is if you take vitamin D3 do you also take K2 with it?
I've been taking 1000iu of vitamin D since 2018 when a test revealed my levels were low at 25, just the vitabiotics vitamin D on his own.
Since then I've read a lot about taking with K2 so I've now ordered the vitamin D with K2 Betteryou spray 3000iu presuming this is what everyone should be doing?
What I'd really like to know is if we really need to be taking K2 with vitamin D why is it never mentioned as we only ever hear especially now about just taking vitamin D?

Maybe its more of an issue if you take a higher amount of vitamin D. I just take vitamin d when I remember

I take the same vitamin d as you. I’m not taking K2, but I’ve been wondering if I should, so interested to know what others are doing. I’m taking the vit d with a meal to help absorption.

@WilsonMilson Very confusing isn't it that's why I thought I'd see what others do!
My order arrived yesterday so today is the first day I taken the Better you vitamin D and K2 spray, my teen son takes the vitabiotics vitamin D that I've always taken but when he's finished the vitabiotics one I'll probably get him on the vitamin D and K2.
Even my doctor just said buy any vitamin D doesn't matter and no mention of k2!!

Most GPs don't know much about vitamin K2. I have ostopenia and my "specialist" had no knowledge! I had to do research myself. I take both.
