Left ear, neck, shoulder and armpit?

Hi just wondering if anyone could give me any idea what this could be as can't get an appointment for a while!

But my left ear is very itchy and swollen and I have pain in the left side of my neck (painful to move) with a very sensitive trapezium area and under arm.

It's very bizarre

Any new medication?

It's the cartilidge on the outside that's itchy

Are you sure they are connected? The ear thing sounds like an allergy but the other sounds like a trapped nerve or the way that you've slept?

I'm not too sure they are connected to be honest. I was reaching for the curtain pole 2 days ago and felt a pain in my neck although it wasn't too bad until now. Back of my scalp and underarm are very tender.
