White air filled scab on back for c 1 year

I've e-mailed GP about this but at top of my back I have a white scab which must have been there a year or so, about 5 mm in size, feels rough, bit itchy, if I scratch clear dry skin comes off.

Asked GP but anyone have any idea what this is. Thanks

That looks like a skin tag to me op

Thanks very much - the doctor said he thinks its this which he says can either be left or a prescription cream:

It's possible its that as its an area that can get sunburnt which I forget about as its under my hair and high on back so hard to reach though not been in any sun for since summer and don't think it was from this summer.

Scabs are usually a dark red color.
