I did a test and got back a result of adequate (119)

There wasn't a level for good, is there a level for good?

It said high was 220

For a blood test that is done at the GP surgery, & the sample processed at the local hospital, the lab values are anything over 50 ‘normal’ with >75 optimal for bone protection.
When you say you did a test -was it a private test? Finger prick or actual blood test?

Private test as I had one at the gp a few years ago and I qas low (26) I got it up to 49 within 3 years & 4 (or so) years later is 119

Finger prick

You would need to contact them and ask them what their reference range is.

KatyMac · 27/01/2021 08:39

They have given the range

I was just wondering about the wording 'adequate' and not 'good'
