Tingling in fingertips and feet help !

I'm early 30s and I work from home sat down 4 days a week and have for the last 10 months.
My diet isn't the best it could be better, I don't smoke and I drink but only on weekend. I do eat a lot of cheese bread and biscuits and not enough fruit and veg.
Recently had a miscarriage a few weeks ago so eating healthy has gone out of the window.
Last few days I've started to get tingling sensation in soles of my feet and finger tips when sat down.

When I went for a walk yesterday it seemed to disappear. Does this seam like poor circulation and I need to move more or should I ring the doctor ?

Thanks xx

It could be a B12 deficiency if your diet is not that good? I’ve got the same at the moment but I also have disc issues so it could be that, too. Am currently waiting for a blood test next week to confirm. It’s scary when you suddenly get something like this so you should definitely call your surgery and speak to your GP for some reassurance and investigation into what’s causing it.

I had this years ago, went on for some months, ended up having an mri scan, but was totally fine. Mine was constant in fingers and toes, feet. Also felt numb but not actually numb if you know what I mean, just the sensation.

Turned out to be b12. I wasn’t even that deficient, but it was enough to cause real symptoms. Try a really high dose sublingual about 5000mcg a day should be enough and let it dissolve under your tongue. It must be methylcobalamin, the other kind doesn’t absorb well. I use Jarrows but loads of other brands out there. Took about 3 weeks before I noticed an improvement.

Generally sounds like you could use a multivitamin and maybe iron - spatone is good and doesn’t cause constipation.
