Supplement for stiff knees

I have early osteoarthritis. My knees are stiff and I find that Flexiseq helps somewhat. Can anyone recommend a supplement for knee stiffness?

Mine improved with Glucosamine And Chondroitin (combined) supplements. I had been getting a lot of pain in my knees but that went.

Can you recommend a brand please? Can they make you feel nauseous?

I've used a few brands over the years - never had an problems. Boots and Holland and Barrett both have them and I've used both.
