Weird feeling in bottom !

I keep getting a weird sensation in my bottom, itchy sharp and crawly and just not right. No bleeding so I assume it's not piles, really scared it's something awful. Anyone else had this. ??

Threadworm?

Piles don't always bleed. I get the same when mine are flaring up. I use suppositories from the chemist to ease it.

I am thinking threadworms or piles too. You can get ovex worm treatment over the counter and it won’t do any harm if you don’t have them so I’d try that and some anusol at the same time.

(You can have internal piles with no bleeding and nothing outwards).
