I have horrendous period pains. I took anadin a few hours ago as it was all I had. DH has since gone out and got paracetamol and nurofen. I took the paracetamol as I know it can safely be mixed with aspirin. Still feel awful.
I know you're not meant to mix aspirin and ibuprofen but if it's 4 hours since the anadin (which is the time the pack says between doses) can I take nurofen now instead of another dose of anadin?
