ok so dh had this lump which turned out to be scar tissue from his vascectomy

which was nearly 3 yrs ago. it is only in one testicle. the lump which is very small just appeared a couple of months ago. is there a possibility that it may be the tubes that have fused back together again that has suddenly caused this lump? and if so, that it is now perfectly possible for me to be pregnant?!!!
