Anyone had this it’s on/off spotting no pain
It’s not normally this long? I’ve made a drs appointment but wondering what it could be! Hormones, thyroid or early menopause symptoms?
Thanks

I had this last summer OP- 19 days - doc said to me that occasionally this can happen and for me, it wasn't anything to worry about (recent smear and bloods all fine)

Ring them and have a chat- my dr was really specific in the questions he asked about colour/ consistency of blood etc and it really put my mind at rest

Thanks I am sure they will ask but I’ll mention that
Hopefully it’s not anything to worry about much

This happened for me when I started perimenopause. I had always had very light periods like clockwork, and then they went absolutely insane. I had one period that lasted for over 2 months.

I've had a few mad ones, longer ones, shorter ones, lighter ones, heavier ones, skipped ones, missed ones, stopped ones, started ones. They keep you on your toes... 😡

I had that a few months ago - it went on for five weeks. I think it’s the start of perimenopause in my case. I’m 42.

Thanks my mum had an early menopause it was classed as premature she had had it by 40 so it’s possible I may have the same!
