Dental implants overseas

People I know went to Hungary and seem pleased with both price
and services Any advice?

I think Hungary has a good rep for dentistry. That said I wouldn't, but only because I would be worried about anything going wrong and having to go backwards and forwards to Hungary. That said, I have an implant and nothing went wrong!
I would definitely be looking for a personal recommendation if I were to consider it.
