Breast pain & zingy bleeding nipple

In the summer I was referred to breast clinic as my nipple had started bleeding. Multiple mammograms and 2 biopsies confirmed I had a complex sclerosis lesion with no need for follow up.

Over the weekend my boob (same one) started to feel really sore - not constant but random take your breath away pains. At same time my nipple started feeling zingy and I’ve noticed it’s bleeding again.

Is this normal after biopsies or do I need to go back to GP

Things have changed - go back to GP.

Thank you @Elphame (I believe you supported me during my summer journey too). I went back to GP today who is referring me back to breast clinic. She couldn’t feel anything untoward but with the bleeding & pain she wants their opinion

Good luck - and hope you get another all clear.

The trouble with tests and screenings is that they can only report on what they can see. If a potential problem is very very early then they may miss it but it could develop so you still need to be vigilant. Any change from what is the norm for you needs to be reported.

You have my commiserations on the zingers - I know that pain only too well! I have a rare chronic breast condition myself that is usually non cancerous but is very symptomatic and I've had more referrals as things progress.
