What is going on? Is this a tension headache?

So for the last week or so I’ve had this weird numb pressure type thing on the right side of my head.... it’s constant and won’t go away. Is this a tension headache? Not in pain but it’s really uncomfortable

The numbness doesn’t sound like a tension headache to me. Could be a trapped nerve but get it checked out OP - ring GP in the AM first thing for a phone consultation.
