Thrush - Canesten Duo

I have what I presume to be thrush after a course of penicillin (never suffered before) I bought Canesten Duo yesterday and put the pessary in as per instructions last night. I was expecting to see some evidence of it on my knickers at some point, but nothing. Is this normal? Has it dissolved? Where has it actually gone? I'm not sure quite what I was expecting but didn't think it would disappear never to be seen again! Anyone had any experience please?

Was it the solid pessary or the gel one? I use them before bed and always evidence of the gel one in the morning, the solid one seems to take its time working it's way down! Wear a panty liner to be on the safe side, it'll make an appearance at some point.

Thanks @spunbodge. It was the solid one. No sign yet.......

A chalky deposit is common with the non gel one, less discharge with the gel one, if you inserted it efficiently, it might have dissolved but generally you would see some evidence between 24 and 48 hrs later
