BCG scar - how long to heal?

My daughter had a BCG vaccination almost 6 months ago but the scar still doesn't seem to have healed. Is this normal?
It's scabed over but when washed with a face washer the scab lifts off and bleeds slightly. No discharge from the scar otherwise.

Both of mine had their BCG done as newborns in the hospital. I vaguely remember it taking several months to heal properly.

I remember as a teenager it took ages and when I finally had my tetnus a year later it I over reacted to that but afterwards BCG was finally less noticable.
